Appointments

Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of their ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible, it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

Appointments Process

Appointments for the veterinarians are scheduled throughout the day and night to meet the needs of our clients and patients. When you call our office during after hours, you will receive the on call veterinarian’s cell number to contact for help. We provide on call emergency services 24 hours, 7 days a week for our regular patients.

We strive to keep your waiting time to a minimum as we recognize your time is valuable. However, emergencies do arise in our hospital ad we ask for your patience if there is a delay during your appointment, due to another patient requiring immediate care. We will always inform you of any changes ahead of time.
An appointment may be arranged with the veterinarian of your choice at the best time for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please inform the receptionist.

For most day routine surgeries like neuter, spay, dentistry etc., pets can be dropped off between 8:00am to 10:30am in the morning and picked up between 4:00pm – 6:00pm.

Emergency & Urgent Care

We have veterinarians on call 24 hours, 7 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care needs your pet has. Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet’s life. Emergencies can be things such as rat bait poisoning, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment, do not hesitate to give us a call. Please call the on call veterinarian before coming in if it’s after business hours.

We are also available for urgent care during office hours when the condition is not life threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our veterinarians will work to “squeeze” you in between scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our receptionists will provide you with an estimated wait time and any fees associated with the visit.

Payments

Airport Animal Hospital accepts payment via cash, debit, Master Card, or Visa. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.

We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.

With recent changes to restrictions on businesses, we have made some important updates to our operating policies.

1. WE CAN NOW SEE ALL CASES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

This includes vaccines, wellness exams, blood work, heartworm testing, spays and neuters, dental services, and more!

2. SAFETY MEASURES TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE

  • Continue with mandatory mask wearing when inside our facility.
  • Continue the use of credit cards as the preferred payment method.
  • Continue with curbside pickup of food and medication (unless you have used our online store and are having your order delivered directly to your home). To place an order through our online store, visit our website and click on "Online Store".
  • 3. OPERATING HOURS

    We are OPEN with the following hours:

    Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
    Saturday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
    Sunday: Closed

    *We are closed daily between 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm (Monday – Friday).
