Veterinary Referrals
We’re happy to lend our expertise to furry friends who aren’t our regular patients in order to support their health. Our veterinary team recognizes our patients may also need specialized care outside of the hospital and we can make referrals then as well. The goal is to ensure your pet is receiving the best quality care with the team who can best support their needs.

When do you recommend referrals?
Although our team has a wide range of expertise and years of experience working in the veterinary field, there are times your pet could need specialized care we cannot provide. For example, if your pet’s X-ray reveals an enlarged heart, we could refer them to a cardiologist who specializes in these cases. Even when we make referrals, your first point of contact is still our team, since we primarily handle your pet’s care. We regularly follow-up after we make referrals to ensure you are satisfied with the care your pet received.
