We are part of a shared on-call group that provides after-hours emergency support to our clients. This means that while we do not offer on-site 24-hour emergency services, there is always a veterinarian within the shared group available for urgent situations outside of regular business hours. Please call the on-call triage service Vetwise at 705-300-2782 if your pet requires after-hours attention.

Through Vetwise, our clients also have access to virtual urgent care services, where a licensed veterinarian can provide immediate advice and guidance for urgent medical concerns.

During regular office hours, our veterinarians will do their best to accommodate urgent, non-life-threatening cases as scheduling allows. Upon arrival, our reception team will provide an estimated wait time and review any applicable fees.
