Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
Appointments for the veterinarians are scheduled throughout the day and night to meet the needs of our clients and patients. When you call our office during after hours, you will get on call veterinarian's cell number to contact for help. We provide on call emergency services 24 hours, 7 days a week for our regular.
We strive to keep your waiting time to minimum as we recognize your time is valuable. However emergencies do arise in our hospital ad we ask for your patience if there is delay during your appointment, due to patient requiring immediate care.We will always inform you of any changes ahead of time.
An appointment may be arranged with the veterinarian of your choice at the best time for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment please inform the receptionist.
For most day routine surgeries like neuter, spay, dentistry etc, pets can be dropped off between 8 am to 10:30 am in the morning and pick up time is scheduled between 4-6 pm.
Dog Boarding and Day Care Policy 1) All vaccinations must be up to date including Kennel cough vaccination. A proof of vaccinations in the form of a certificate is required for non clients. 2) If pet requires vet care while staying then a vet consultation and other charges will apply depend on the condition of the pet 3) We will provide clean bedding and don't accept bedding from home 4) Client will be charged for the day that their pet arrives and must be picked up before 12 noon the day of pick up. After 12 pm 1/2 day charge will apply 5) Boarding price includes twice daily feeding, clean bedding, room and 2 walks. Owner can request extra walks 6) Extras costs are; nail trimming, bathing, extra walks, extra treats, play time, medication administration 7) Pets must be brought with collar, we will admit with our leash 8) All owners must arrive ½ hour before their drop off time to do paper work 9) If your pet is staying for more than a week, a 50% deposit is required. 10) Owners are allowed to bring in 2 toys but keep in mind that small toys if are not labeled can get misplaced and we are not responsible for lost items. 11) Owners are encouraged to bring their own pet food to prevent stomach upsets; otherwise we will feed Medical Preventative dry food. 12) Please settle your bill first since pets may get excited to see you. Also let the employees know that if you have any toys or medications. 13) If reservations are to be extended/ shortened, please give office a call so that the pet can be accommodated.
Emergency & Urgent Care
We have veterinarian l on call call 24 hours, 7 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet's life. Emergencies can be things such a rat bait poisoning, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call . Please call on call veterinarian before coming in if its after business hours.
We are also available for urgent care during office hours when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our veterinarians will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait or the cost in order to be seen.
Airport Animal Hospital accepts payment via cash, debit,Master Card, or Visa. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.
We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
